Great zinc! After three months of use, the transverse ridges on my nails have disappeared, restoring their structure. I've experienced pain in my small hand joints, but after taking chelating zinc, the discomfort has nearly gone. I plan to continue the supplement with short breaks. I highly recommend it; my hair has grown significantly, resembling the fullness I had at 15. It's an excellent product.

I've suffered from prostatitis for years. After taking chelating zinc, which is significantly cheaper than what I previously purchased, the pain in my groin has disappeared.
